Responsibilities: As a Promoter for The Home Event Center, your primary responsibility will be to promote our venue and attract businesses and clubs seeking event spaces on a recurring basis. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Business Development: Identify and reach out to local businesses, clubs, organizations, and event planners to showcase the benefits of hosting their events at The Home Event Center. Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, such as cold calling, online advertising, door knocking, networking, and referrals, to generate leads and establish a strong client base. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Consultative Selling: Conduct tours of the event center, highlighting its features and advantages, and effectively communicate pricing options, packages, and services available. Booking Conversion: Effectively negotiate terms, secure event bookings, and ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and promptly. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, online advertisements, and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market demands to identify new opportunities and improve the event center's market positioning. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, ensuring a positive experience for clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of The Home Event Center. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of the event industry and local business community is a plus. Remuneration: This position is strictly commission-based, offering a competitive commission percentage on every successful booking.
